The most powerful move is often the edit. To bridge the gap between the terrace and the sharp, sophisticated interiors by Simone Pandole Dubash, we pivoted away from the traditional "garden" look and toward a clean, editorial aesthetic that breathes. submit arrow

Residential balcony

We integrated the monumental Champas into a singular, oversized planter bed. This instantly softened their silhouettes and allowed them to bleed into the balcony’s architecture. By anchoring them this way, the trees stopped looking like "plants in pots"—they became permanent, structural extensions of the home that diffuse a natural, constant fragrance throughout the living area.

On the wind-swept perimeter, we leaned on the hardy, architectural lines of the Schefflera. Retained for its ability to thrive in high-altitude coastal winds, it provides a dense, glossy backdrop that acts as a visual foil to the more delicate Champa blooms. Indoors, we mirrored this energy with a Dracaena Draco, bringing that same sharp, structural tension into the living area.

The layout was specifically choreographed for outdoor entertaining. We designed the placement to maximize floor space, creating a seamless, airy flow for guests to move between the bar and the horizon. The terrace that feels light, effortless, and sexy. It’s a landscape statement that doesn't just sit there; it sets the atmosphere for the evening.
